NUMBERING NOTE: The three plain-envelope cachets for this issue are the same size, although the No. 9 and No. 10 versions were printed 3 to a page (versus 6 for the #6Ύ) and have more "white space" to the right of the design so that the cancel ties the cachet to the envelope. However, it was discovered that special versions of the design was needed for each of the three window envelope sizes, and these were given different "Dgn" numbers.

    Oops!

This was supposed to get the Canadian Happy Birthday stamp in April, then the U.S. stamp in June. Something went awry, and the wrong Canadian stamp and cancel were used. But it is a Year of the Dog Dragon Card. Replacements have been submitted, but I'd like to recover some of my loss. Maybe your dog has a birthday in January? They're $1.50 each.
