Sc. TBA Declaration of Independence on a 5½"x8½" Dragon Card reproducing part of a poster for the 1926 National Sesqui-Centennial [sic] International Exposition. The Pictorial Postmark ties the new stamp and 1976's strip of 4 (Sc. 1691-4). Great for a history- or Americana-on-stamps collection!
