Two sets of stamps Pinback Buttons and Autumn Colors were issued at the show (of which Americover is a part) and at least 11 pictorial postmarks were available. The following are the Dragon Cards results

A presidential proclamation (by the president of the American First Day Cover Society) declared Saturday, August 17th to be National Cachetmakers Day, and the Americover Station postmark reflects that. It's just a bit of whimsy.

The Americover Station postmark for Sunday, August 18th was "Celebrating Heroes of the Batters Box," and I figured "Why wait? Let's honor Willie Mays now, and not three years or more from now."
